Why does it take a gay Christian (an unwanted & unlovable THING dismissed by properly holy Christians) to point out that Jesus–yes, CHRIST JESUS Himself, the great preacher of love & grace, God Among Us–used VIOLENCE against people when He deemed it necessary?!
Jesus was so ANGRY (an emotion He Himself equated to outright murder) that he single-handedly cleared the temple of corruption through VIOLENCE.

THIS is the kind of willful misinterpretation of Jesus that leads Christians to protect pedophiles, murderers, & illegal aliens (who ARE criminals by virtue of violating federal entry laws), instead of driving them out to protect the innocent.
If JESUS deemed violence a justified course under certain (narrow!) conditions, then we humans only display OUR hubristic desire to replace God’s wisdom & commands (what us Catholics call Original Sin) with a flimsy counterfeit.
Does it REALLY take a gay, autistic, and generally unwanted & unlovable thing like ME spelling out what is written in PLAIN LANGUAGE in EVERY freaking translation of our Bible?! Are we Christians REALLY so full of our “wisdom” that we literally ignore Scripture’s plain language?!

No, Jesus Himself is NOT a murderer for being angry at the corrupt players in the temple. CONTEXT is required. Clearly God Himself deemed anger & violence the PROPER response to CERTAIN CRIMES–crimes by LEADERS literally SEPARATING HIS PEOPLE FROM HIM.

St. Paul said women should be silent, but we let women speak and lead today. So, how’s the hypocrisy of preaching Paul’s teachings while ignoring his command feel?
St. Paul said it would be best for everyone to be celibate like him so that God would be 100% the focus of our lives. He went on to say that, since God recognized 99% of humans prefer sex to being 100% devoted, marriage was invented by God to give you married people an “out” from the sin of fornication…
…except that St. Paul, the great convert & apostle himself, thereby completely contradicted GOD’S OWN COMMAND in Genesis that men and women ARE SUPPOSED TO MARRY AND PROCREATE.
So…which is it? You normal people, you know, the people God ACTUALLY likes–are you salacious, sex-crazed sinners who love orgasms more than you love God? Or are you normal humans obeying the biological imperative God built in us to spur obedience to his command of multiplying?
